is Smoking actually good for your Health?
Smokers would agree. Non-smokers would disagree. i would describe Smoking as: Something you would do just for the sake of doing cause you have nothing else to do. Something that produces irritating-foul-aLilWeeBitOfBadBreath- smoke. Something that 'cools' the mind. Do you realise the difference between Smokers and Non-Smokers? besides from Smokers giving a badbad smell... Smokers who goes for running tend to have more energy to run compared to Non-Smokers. This is because when Smokers run, their Heart beats constantly slow hence relaxes the body. When we Smoke, we inhale loads and loads of Carbon Dioxide. Our body does not need that much Oxygen. as for Non-smokers who goes for running, they tend to get tired more easily and they would run out of breath, faints and can sometimes Die! The body of a Non-Smoker needs plenty of Oxygen and they pant much more than a Smoker. Smokers also tend to take things slowly. they speak calmly and slowly. Non-Smokers tend to get excited and panic even more. they talk like there's no such thing as tomorrow. Many have prospectives that people die cause of getting addicted to Smoking. Lung Cancer is one cause for a Smoker's death-what many has believe. if you Smoke then you stop cause a loved one told you to and THEN you start smoking again, you WILL get Lung Cancer. Why? because when you start smoking for a period of time, your body tends to get 'immune' with smokey Carbon Dioxide gas entering. so when you stop smoking, your body will recover slowly by itself. then when you start to smoke again, your body is used to the 'new-healing environment' that they have to work extra hard to get 'immune' with the harmful smoke. (try understanding what i'm tryna say la eh) People do lots of different things-like Smoking, Running, Shopping etc, to release stress. Smoking kills. Running kills. Shopping kills. (cause you tend to overspend and owe loan sharks money.......) Smoking IS Healthy-to a certain extent if you don't stop for a period of time and just keep continuing until you die. get over it that you WILL die eventually. Life is Short. you'll die one day- maybe later, tomorrow or next week. So why not just Smoke till you die? to Smokers out there, don't stop smoking. even if you do stop, just don't start again. to Non-Smokers, Smoke at your own risk! but don't go telling your parents ma believable-okok-confusing-theory made you start Smoking!
